I recorded this talk in 4 different speeds. The slowest, a slow speed, normal speed, and the fastest (which is a little faster than I would normally read it ). Choose the speed that’s right for you. You can either just listen or you can really work on your listening skills by pausing after a few words, writing down what you hear, and checking your work at the end.
